  This review is directly ties in to the manager that was on duty today (4/2/17 at1105am). I caught the tell end of a conversation with a manager and my wife where he was upsetting her during the paying of the bill. I heard the manager tell my wife, "don't get mad if you go to another Blaze and you don't get a discount!" My wife advised that she wasn't mad. I finished with building my pizza and continued that transaction. Apparently, from speaking to my wife and daughter, my daughter asked if they offer military discounts and the employee working the cash register was unsure, and looked towards the manager. The manager came over to the cash register, and offered a 10% discount where my wife thanked him politely. After he gave the discount he stated, "don't get mad if you go to another Blaze and you don't get a discount!" Discounts aren't required, and no one is entitled to one....Customer service is the job, and customer service is how companies make money. Managers need to be professional at all times! The Pizza is always great.
