  I love bww but it seems no matter which one I go to they all have bad customer service.. they are nice but it is very rare to have a server that is attentive to their customers. they take way to long too serve you.

  We go BWW a lot. This place is close to our house but we have mix fillings about this location. When we dine in we get good enough service, no complaints. But when we order online or phone orders, 4 out of 5 time, the order is missing something. It's frustrating cause we have to wait as they make it while our order gets cold. Or we notice once at home, about 30 minutes away, and we get no refunds for our missing items. Or drive back while every one is eating! ALWAYS "double check" literally doible check.

  I found the wings here gross: the flavor was alright, but the sauce felt gloopy and there was too much of it for my taste. I think pretty much every place I've ordered wings from (including restaurants that don't specialize in them) has better wings than here. I had the same impression at a different Buffalo Wild Wings a few months ago, so I don't think it's just a fluke.
  
  Two stars instead of one because the fries and strawberry lemonade were both pretty good. Also, if you are going to get wings the bone in have a much better flavor than the boneless.

  This is an okay location. The staff is nice, but the service is lackluster. That seems to be a recurring issue with this chain. Obviously needs to be addressed. Other than that, it's the foods you can't readily get anywhere else at one location. It's convenient and good, but it comes with a heftier price tag. Take advantage of specials whenever you can, but also expect to wait.
